Kathleen Bingham
As Controller of SpectrumCareers, Kathleen is responsible for the overall direction and management of the accounting department. Specifically, Kathleen performs monthly financial reporting and analysis, management of staff, and improvement of processes and controls. She also oversees the HR function including benefits and compliance.
Kathleen’s goal is to provide useful information to staff and establish processes that ensure the smooth operation of the back office.
Kathleen lives in Vienna, Virginia with her husband, three children, one dog and a turtle. As an active member of her church, she enjoys working with youth and special needs groups. When she’s not volunteering, you can find Kathleen hiking, gardening, or cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from James Madison University.
