Joe Basile
As a Partner at SpectrumCareers, Joe Basile is responsible for the firm’s overall management, business development, and client services.
Joe has been with Spectrum since its inception in 1997. He believes in taking a consultative long-term approach to develop strong relationships with his clients. He partners with both mature companies and up and coming organizations.
Joe received a B.S.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and English from the University of Richmond. He also earned his Master’s in Sports Management there and serves on their Alumni Recruitment Committee.
A resident of Falls Church, Virginia, Joe’s active in various community charities and enjoys participating in several Washington area sports leagues.
