Eric Shults
As a Vice President, Eric Shults manages client projects and staff development, builds relationships with prospective clients, and is the lead on recruiting programs. Eric is a career advisor and is very passionate about helping his clients and candidates achieve their objectives. He truly cares about our clients and candidates and works hard to help them achieve their goals. Eric is also very involved with the recruiting process and enjoys helping our clients find the best candidates for their organization.
Eric attended Virginia Tech where he earned a degree in Accounting. He now resides in North Potomac, Maryland with his wife and three children. When he’s not in the office he loves to go mountain biking and skiing during the winter.
