Sikander “Alex” Ali
As a Director at SpectrumCareers, Sikander (Alex) Ali is responsible for new business development, fostering existing client relationships, and recruiting focused on accounting and finance professionals. His focus industries include Real Estate, Financial Services, Biotechnology, and Energy. Sikander maintains an extensive network of professionals across the spectrum, from Senior Accountants to Chief Financial Officers.
With his background in accounting, finance, and economics, Sikander maintains a strong working knowledge of the industries he supports, allowing him to personally connect and understand the unique needs of each and every job requisition. His person-centric approach to relationship development and management ensures he is always putting the client and candidate’s needs at the forefront of every job search.
Sikander grew up in the Philadelphia area, and is an avid sports fan, especially of soccer and basketball. He currently resides in Maryland, with his wife and three young daughters. Outside of work, Sikander enjoys playing basketball, grilling, and traveling around the world with his family.
Sikander graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, with a minor in Economics.
